Q. I've got an
emergency! Who do I contact?
A. If it is
life threatening, please call 911. For other problems pertaining
to Association property contact any one of your Board members.
Q. What do I do if I
want to build an addition onto my house or change the exterior?
A. Make sure
that you first read the CC&R's and Architectural Guidelines before
making any visible exterior modifications to your house. The
documents are clear as to what you may and may not do. You will
need to send the architectural submittal form with all of the required
documentation to the architectural review committee. This form
will be reviewed and needs to be submitted BEFORE beginning your
work. Remember that the County may require a building permit and
plans as well. In some cases they require that you obtain HOA
approval beforehand. If you have any questions, please contact any one
of your Board members .
Q. My neighbors are
being noisy! What should I do?
A. It is
always best to try to work issues out with your neighbors first before
you consult with the Sheriff or the Board. In the event of an
issue that could also be considered breaking the law, you are
encouraged to first call the Sheriff.
Q. Where and when
are the Board Meetings?
A. Annual
Board Meeting is usually held in the spring at one of the Country
Clubs in the area, operational meetings of the Board of Directors are
held
periodically for the conduct of Business. Specific dates and
times of the Board meetings will be posted in the home page of this web
site. Minutes of each meeting will also be published on this web
site as the minutes become available.
Q. I just got a
letter saying that I am being warned for something. What are the
implications?
A. A letter
is mailed whenever complaints are received about something amise in the
community. It is usually verified by visual inspection or
multiple complaints from multiple individuals, and if a problem exists,
a courtesy letter is mailed informing the recipient of the problem and
how and when to correct it. If the item is not corrected, a
second letter will be mailed listing the problem and giving a date by
which it should be corrected, and if the item is not corrected by the
date specified, you will be send a fine letter specifying the
infraction and the fine amount. Remember, you are able to speak
with the Board of Directors to resolve any concerns you may have.
If you do not respond to the first letter, however, you may waive your
right to have the fine dismissed.
Q. How do I get in
the entry gate, and how do I use codes, etc?
A. You
should contact one of the Board members. Once programmed, you may
use your privacy code in lieu of your remote by pushing the "Key" sign
first and then your 6-digit code. When guests ring you from the
gate, push 9 to open the gate for them.
Q. Is parking on the
street ever allowed?
A. Parking on
streets is never allowed. Refer to your Rules and
Regulations for additional information on parking in our community.
Q. How do I get
additional keys/remotes?
A. Keys and
remotes are available for a fee from the Board. You are
encouraged to purchase additional copies of the pedestrian gate keys
for your children so that they may freely enter the community with
their bicycles to prevent the temptation of climbing over the fences.
