Ladies walking group
A group of neighborhood ladies get
together Mon - Friday morning between 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. to walk for about
an hour. Please feel free to join the group. For morning
walk times please contact Pat Jenneskens at 928-369-3480.

notice -Visitors/renters
A recent unpleasant situation was
brought to the Board's attention that I would like to share.
Renters/friends of a resident were loudly partying until all hours,
using offensive language, children running around and yelling on
neighbors property at 5 a.m., trash left outside attracting animals,
laundry including personal items drying on porch rails, creating an overall unpleasant experience
for the surrounding neighbors. This is a friendly reminder to
ensure visitors understand our neighborhood norms and are quiet after
10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

notice - Dog lovers
I am sharing this as a fellow 2
dog owner, and very likely one of the culprits. There have been a
number of complaints about barking dogs left outside while the
parent(s) are gone. Please be considerate of your
neighbors and if your dog continuously barks, please keep him/her in
the house while you are gone. They miss you and want to
share that by barking at walkers, squirrels, birds, the wind and
therefore interrupt the peaceful experience of the mountain for all
within barking distance.

Fantastic Party!
Pat, Bart, Scott and Friends held
a great 1st Annual July 4th party. Brats, Beer, sides all
delicious - lots of fun!! Thanks for hosting!!

a few new names added to the
directory. It would be great to
have more participation. The purpose on the names is quick
reference for neighbors to contact you if something is unusual at your
house. It is fine to list your name/phone or
name/email or just name. Send info to Denise.

On the website. I am tired
of seeing the Denise and Guy's house - so new neighborhood house, yard,
flower, animal pictures are all welcome. Please email pictures to
gdvz@comcast.net and I will post to the photo page or on the top of one
of the pages.

On the Starwood Weather Station
page. Thanks to Scott Davies, the weather station has a webcam
neighborhood view. The camera view is located in below the
current weather information in the history section - scroll to the
right of the screen.

If interested in getting more
views of the neighborhood - all you need to do is participate by
putting a camera in your window. Currently have views of
Starwood Dr. to gate, Skywood Dr. , and Pinewood Dr. Please
